  2. Our team will use job matching techniques including telephone and face to face interviews to source relevant candidates.Successful candidates will be invited to attend a series of selection processes to demonstrate their competencies

  3. A shortlist will be compiled and references requested, when we are sure we have the right candidates for the job.

  1. With Training Providers work invariably begins - in earnest - with a
    face-to-face meeting where both sides can identify some common ground and a common interest.

  2. A&L Training typically follow up the first meeting up with a written response. Such responses may vary from a simple email to a full-blown "needs analysis". Whatever is appropriate to the scale of your enquiry.

  3. Finally, we will submit a price that will cover any proposals we have created. Meeting. Written Proposal. Price. It's that simple.
